**Executive Assistant - US**

We are recruiting an Executive Assistant to work directly with their CEO giving executive support. You will be responsible for managing all the “behind the scenes” with confidence and great responsibility. As you will have a very proactive role, you can expect great potential of growth inside the company.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ year of experience with Executive Assistance
- Experience with Asana
- Experience with Travel coordination for big teams
- Be a detail oriented person with confidence
- Advanced English
- Experience coordinating internal staff schedules and resources
- Ability to travel when needed
Extra
- It would be nice if you already had experience working internationally
**Responsibilities**:
- You will be the CEO’s right hand, having the chance to observe and learn how to develop great business relations
- Arrange travel accommodations for the Moving and Executive team as well
- Administer the Asana task board and deadlines
- Provide CEO daily report on staff progress
- Coordinate internal staff schedules & resources
- Helping the HR team to conduct, schedule and reviewing of recruitment
- Receive/Process customer paperwork and payment
- Update employee scorecards
- Enter, process and send bills for approvals
**Opportunity**
- You will be working as an Independent Contractor
- PTO, sick time, personal time and maternity/paternity leave
- Initially, they will travel you to US for training and staff meeting, then you would be able to continue your work remotely
- Flexible hours - you will work on the company’s timezone
**Salary**: From R$7,000.00 per month
