The Strategic Sourcing team focus on connecting with the best providers and new 3PL's partners, through prospecting, negotiation, data analysis. Our purposes are synched with Shopee's costs and innovation strategy, supporting the expansion of our logistics services.
- Research and identify new business opportunities or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Meet with the 3PLs and develop long-lasting relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and rate agreements with new and current providers.
- Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies considering cost and continuous improvements.
- Work with data to evaluate different scenarios for delivering efficiency considering the process, logistics and transport areas.

**Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or Engineering.
- Experience in sourcing with a significant understanding of logistics service providers and transport operations.
- Previous experience leading negotiations and renegotiation of contracts.
- Great communication and writing skills to build effective relationships and influence decision making.
- Intermediate English level for communicating with regional teams.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, especially MS Powerpoint and MS Excel.
