The Dispatcher is responsible for efficiently coordinating and scheduling personnel, vehicles, and equipment to ensure timely service delivery. This role involves communicating with drivers, customers, and internal teams to optimize operations while maintaining safety and compliance with company policies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, prioritize, and schedule service requests for transportation or delivery operations.
- Dispatch drivers, technicians, or field personnel efficiently to meet service requirements.
- Monitor routes, traffic conditions, and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Maintain real-time communication with drivers, customers, and management to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Utilize dispatch software and GPS tracking systems to optimize routing and efficiency.
- Document and maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including trip logs, work orders, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Address and resolve any delays, emergencies, or unforeseen issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, customer service, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

**Working** **conditions**:

- Working schedule**:Mon-Fri 5 pm - 3 am CST**
- ** Remote mode of work**

- Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role within transportation, logistics, or field service operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety procedures is an advantage.
