After Hours Dispatcher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage incoming emergency and non-emergency calls during assigned after-hours shifts
- Quickly assess and prioritize calls based on urgency and nature of the request
- Dispatch appropriate personnel, including on-call technicians, maintenance staff, or emergency services
- Maintain detailed logs of all incoming calls, dispatches, and communications
- Follow established protocols and escalation procedures for different types of emergencies
- Communicate effectively with field personnel, providing clear and concise instructions
- Coordinate communication between multiple departments during critical incidents
- Utilize dispatch management software and communication systems
- Maintain calm and professional demeanor during high-stress situations
- Perform initial troubleshooting and provide basic guidance to callers when appropriate
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and emergency response protocols

**Working** **conditions**:

- Working schedule:
**Saturday-Wednesday - off Thursday and Friday, 6 am -2 pm EST (1 hour of unpaid lunch is entitled)**

**Required Qualifications**
- 1 + years of experience in the logistics domain (US market) is a MUST
- Upper-intermediate level of English is a MUST
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Previous customer service experience
- Basic understanding of logistics or transportation operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Good hearing and clear verbal communication
