**What’s the opportunity?**

**What will I be doing?**:

- Support the Regulatory Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing various projects.
- Focus on ESG projects, developing and implementing sustainability strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project alignment and achievement of objectives.
- Monitor and report on the progress of projects, including ESG initiatives.
- Conduct environmental and social impact assessments and analyses.
- Stay updated with best practices and trends in sustainability and ESG.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

**What skills do I need?**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on ESG or sustainability projects.
- Experience in the Fintech industry.
- Deep knowledge of ESG regulations and standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
