Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Metabase and SSRS.
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources (ETL).
- Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Optimize complex SQL queries and ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Support data governance, documentation, and best practices within BI processes.
**Requisitos**:
- Proven experience with Metabase and SSRS.
- Strong SQL skills (complex queries, joins, CTEs, data modeling, etc.).
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams in a corporate environment.
- Fluent English
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Knowledge of Data Warehousing and dimensional modeling.
- Exposure to ETL tools such as Airflow, Talend, or similar.
Preferred Soft Skills:
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for data-driven improvements.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders from various departments.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
