7+ years of brand marketing experience
- Experience in brand, creative development and cross-category campaigns, with success in delivering marketing campaigns that break new creative ground, engage memorably and deliver business impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communication.
- Ability on event planning, branding, and thoughts leadership building.
- Abilities on working with PR, legal and internal and external stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial agreements

Job summary

Amazon Seller Marketing team is responsible for driving seller acquisition to all categories available on the marketplace in LATAM. We own both strategy and execution of Marketing channels and programs.

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Sr Marketing Manager to drive the awareness strategy for Amazon Marketplace in Brazil, Mexico and other Latam countries. The person will lead brand and communication strategy and execution, PR, social, events and influencers activities to achieve brand metrics in each country. This role will own our online & offline awareness marketing channels, creating and managing campaigns to improve awareness, generate brand recall, and improve our top funnel recruitment results.

This person will own reporting of key content and marketing metrics to the leadership team and broader organization, partner with central marketing teams and influence with senior stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead local strategy and awareness marketing campaigns to increase awareness and consideration of the marketplace for sellers in Latam.
- Drive development of brand strategy in collaboration with external agencies, including development of customer personas, brand positioning etc.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to establish mechanisms for measuring brand marketing campaigns and performance
- Become an influential stakeholder and leader in Marketplace org in LATAM
- Supporting Public Policy and PR teams to build relationships with external groups to create awareness and drive adoption of Amazon tools.
- Lead customer and seller insights via qualitative and quantitative research as needed
- MBA or Master’s degree in marketing or product management field.
- Retail or services marketing experience.
- Effective presentation of information and strong communication skills for responding to and coordinating with senior stakeholders as necessary
