**About the role**
- You will be part of our support management team, which is a collaboration between site coordination, Human Resources, HSE and facilities.
- As a Site assistant, you will work on supporting the site with overall activities, admin activities and to support HR and other areas. You will get the opportunity to contribute to different areas of the site and have a positive impact on the entire GBS (Gloal Business Services) Curitiba scope.
- You will be accountable for:

- Administrative Activities: Overseeing general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Event Organization: Planning and coordinating events, including logistics and execution.
- Creation of SRM7: Developing and managing SRM7 systems or related tools.
- Scheduling and Visits: Organizing agendas and coordinating site visits.
- Communication and Design: Managing internal communication and creating visual content, such as images and videos.
- We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.

**About you**
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in Business, Communication, Marketing or Correlated areas.
- Relevant work experience in site admin or organization of events.
- Competencies:

- Abilities in creative and communication tools
- Good communication skills
- English is a plus

**About the pay and benefits**
- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country, Brazil, base pay reasonably expected for this role is R$ 3.500,00 to R$ 4.000,00, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
