We are searching the best talent for a **Digital and Process Improvement Manager** to be in located in **_Cali ( Colombia)_**, **_São José dos Campos (Brazil)_** OR **_Pilar (Argentina)_**.

**Purpose**:
The Regional Manager of Process Improvement provides an objective assessment of how well our business is operating on the different aspects and provide useful action plans to refine them. They strive to make the MAKE organization more affordable, simpler, faster, and standardized across the LATAM Manufacturing Sites, through the use of new technologies and Continuous Improvement tools.

Taking care of the implementation and sustainability of Smart Operations and Continuous Improvement programs in the Region, and the capability building of skills for the teams that implements and support it.

**You will be responsible for**:
The Regional Manager of Digital and Process Improvement reports directly to the LATAM Make Excellence Leader and will have dedicated focus on:

- Leading the LATAM Make Process Improvement System deployment and sustainability, enabling the standardization of good practices in the region and using on alliances between Plants
- Implementing the Smart Operations and Smart Factory programs in the LATAM Sites and interacting with the global partners to share good practices and align objectives.
- Leading the efficiency journey in LATAM, building a robust pipeline of projects to eliminate the losses.
- Creating and implementing a Capability Building plan for Make LATAM to enhance the skills on Continuous Improvement.
- Coaching the Process Improvement team in the region to continue increasing leadership and skills on the team.
- Effectively communicate with regional and global partners on the progress and needs related with Process Improvement System.
- Lead the implementation of regional or global projects in the Sites.

**Calificaciones** Qualifications and requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field or related is required, an advanced degree is preferred.
- A demonstrated ability in an operations environment is required.
- Strong expertise on Lean Manufacturing and other continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Six Sigma knowledge, black belt or master black belt certification.
- Solid understanding of Quality & Compliance, Regulatory Requirements (GMP/EHS) especially for technology platform and role modeling these behaviors is required
- Strong communication and negotiating skills are required
- This position will be located in a Site into LATAM and may require up to 20% domestic and international travel
