Our team is seeking an experienced Operations Excellence Manager to lead the design and operation of our rider service process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve rider service solutions, focusing on enhancing the overall rider experience.
- Analyze pain points and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and reduce their occurrence.
- Enhance rider loyalty and experience through online and offline methods.
Requirements:
- Strong service awareness and excellent communication and expression skills.
- Ability to discover problems and actively improve, as well as strong business promotion capabilities.
- Able to collaborate or integrate internal and external resources.
- Strong logic and analytical skills to clearly judge rider pain points and provide reasonable solutions.
