Job Description

Develop and enhance rider culture through strategic planning and team collaboration.

  • Identify pain points of riders and collaborate with the team to promote problem-solving from the source, reducing the occurrence of issues.
  • Design and implement a rider culture development strategy to boost team loyalty.
  • Coordinate large-scale event projects, focusing on planning, resource management, implementation, and review, ensuring qualitative and quantitative indicators meet expectations.
  • Lead the team in building rider culture and experience projects.
