The team This role support building the technical practices within the delivery organization for "practice led delivery" and is already accounted for in future AOP. The role What you'll bring As a practice lead, you maintain a sharp skillet by remaining hands-on with delivery to continuously identify areas of improvement. You collaborate with peers across the global delivery practice to share ideas, adopt enhancements and support a center of excellence for delivery practices. The following skills are also critical to this role: technical expertise in the relevant domain, the ability to negotiate and influence, presentation ability up to the Director level, and having a broad understanding of the full portfolio of Hitachi offerings.
