Job Description:
- Responsible for Latin America Budget process, working together with the leaders of each country and FP&A global team.- Responsible to build the monthly forecast for all business in South America ensuring the values are in line with global expectations.- Review monthly operating performance of the business and provide in-depth analyses to local and regional management on P&L and balance sheet performance and variances versus budget, forecast and prior year.- Price and Cost Analysis, taking the main metrics such as volume, price, mix, exchange rate variation and raw material inflation.- Work closely operation team, assuring the correct resources allocation, in order to reflect the correct units for each Business.- Prepare presentations on monthly and quarterly basis for senior level leadership.- Work closely with Controllership team, assuring the P&L accuracy and South America countries are working according to local rules.- Partner closely with Sales Directors and other business functions to evaluate business profitability.- Aid in the training and continued development financial reporting systems and processes including SAP, SAP Business Warehouse and Microsoft Business Intelligence.- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.- Payback and IRR calculations for investments within the customers.- Generate financial data for ad-hoc high-value strategic projects which will include revenue enhancement opportunities and cost reduction efforts.- Work cross-functionally with teams including operations finance, logistics, procurement, and technology.- Ensure the submission reports are in line according to the corporate deadlines.- Provide all necessary support for the development of FP&A team in Brazil (Marcell and Giovanna)- Providing financial training fall all Axalta employees in Brazil.
