Our mission is rooted in freedom, responsibility, and efficiency, enabling drivers to maximize productivity and enjoy more time with their families. **About the role** **Responsibilities** Lead, coach, and support the Closers and Delivery teams to ensure consistent performance and successful deal closures Monitor sales metrics, delivery timelines, and customer experience KPIs Work closely with Pre-Sales and Management to align goals and optimize the sales funnel Review contracts, ensure all documentation is completed, and coordinate next steps for delivery Identify gaps in the closing process and implement strategic improvements Develop and execute training sessions, performance reviews, and feedback routines Ensure that every driver receives proper onboarding and support during the truck delivery process Support the implementation of commercial campaigns and sales strategies Report regularly to Sales Management on performance, risks, and improvement opportunities **Requirements**: - Experience leading sales teams, especially in closing or final-stage sales operations - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Results-driven, with the ability to manage targets and deadlines - Knowledge of CRM tools and digital sales processes - Experience managing delivery or post-sale operational teams is a strong plus - Fluent English (mandatory) **Nice to Have**: Experience in transportation, logistics, or truck sales industries Spanish proficiency (a plus) Familiarity with digital contract management and onboarding platforms **Benefits** - On-site in Joinville, SC - Health and dental plan - Paid vacation - Holidays off - Parental Leave - Wedding Leave - Flash card (supermarket and restaurants) - Total Pass - Clude Saúde - Annual bonus based on both company and individual performance - Eligibility to the LTIP (Long Term Incentive Plan) Tipo de vaga: Autônomo / PJ Pagamento: R$7.000,00 - R$10.000,00 por mês **Benefícios**: - Assistência médica - Assistência odontológica - Vale-alimentação Horário de trabalho: - De segunda à sexta-feira Pagamento adicional: - Bônus Possibilidade de deslocamento/mudança de local: - Joinville - SC: Deslocar-se ou se mudar para o local da vaga antes de começar a trabalhar (obrigatório) Idioma: - Inglês (obrigatório)
