Aws Technical Trainer

Experience conducting classroom training for related technology products and services.
- 5-7 years of experience in programming, IT system design, architecture, operations, administration, AI/ML.
- Fluent in Portuguese and professional English.
- Technical degree (i.e. Computer Science) or relevant work experience required.
- Ability to travel within Americas. Travel about 30% but up to 50% the first year.

Technical Trainer role

In this role, you will deliver training content to developers, administrators, architects, and partners to drive adoption and usage of AWS services. You will have an opportunity to combine a passion for teaching, with enthusiasm for technology, to drive learning and establish positive customer relationships. You will have excellent communication skills and proven technology training experience.

This position is located in Sao Paulo and may be eligible for relocation benefits.

Key job responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led classroom training to end-user customers and partners on a regular schedule in Sao Paulo area and other regions.
- Help shape the ongoing strategy and mission of the AWS training program.
- Assist in developing & maintaining technical training content, lab exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials.
- Work with key vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, effective training content.
- Mentor and train internal and external AWS authorized instructors as part of a train the trainer program.
- Please note that due to the pandemic this role is currently 100% virtual. In the future, the role will potentially require up to 50% travel.
- AWS Certified.
- Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with AWS services highly desired.
- Recent software development experience and/or IT systems operations and/or database administration.
- Recent experience in emerging technologies like Big Data, Machine Learning and IoT.
- Excellent oral presentation skills, interpersonal communication, and writing skills.
- A strong “stage presence” and ability to manage a classroom of adult learners.
- Self-sufficient, self-starter with proven success taking ownership of training projects.
- Strong Spanish speaking and writing skills.
