This role focuses on managing the performance of our Digital Strategy: media campaigns, CRM Marketing and D2C.

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- Digital Marketing Specialist must orchestrate our Digital performance strategies, from Media to CRM, seeking synergy with e-commerce and guiding our steps towards D2C:

- Planning media campaigns with the digital marketing agency, orchestrating channels such as Google Search, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, Programmatic Media, etc;
- Monitoring performance KPIs alongside content KPIs to align strategies. Main point of contact with the regional Brand & POX team for communication strategies alignments, reporting results of media and automated journeys - recruiting new consumers to the database;
- Ownership of our loyalty strategy with pet owners and different digital platforms involved; Interface with the e-commerce team for the ideation of our D2C strategy and connection of Digital with the conversion channels.
- Ownership of our media budget, ensuring our Global Always On strategy in digital channels.
- Support to internal customers in the Digital Marketing area: Marketing Pillars (SPT, PRO and VET) in the execution of strategies, consulting on the best execution practices in digital environments.
