**Position overview**:
Order Fulfillment Assistant will be the first line of contact to internal Ball stakeholders and Ball external customers, fielding queries regarding order issues, logistics status and other operational escalations. role will be required to only provide a high standard of customer service but will also need to resolve complex operational issues in a fast-paced environment.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Collaborate with other functional and technical teams on business needs and information as required as part of issue resolution.
- Work with external and internal business partners to resolve customer ordering issues through EDI or Salesforce in timely manner.
- Coordinate credit orders and customer reimbursement.
- Prepare export documents as required to support international shipments.
- Track customer shipments at the request of the customer as required.
- Assist in monitoring shipping schedules at distribution centers.
- Monitor cash in advance (CIA) customer payment receipts and notifies production control manager of cash receipt triggering authorization to produce product.
- Maintain business data to support customer order fulfillment in the ERP system.

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree required or commiserate experience.
- Job related experience for 2 years minimum.
- Proven ability to work with cross functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Must be able to handle sensitive and proprietary information in a confidential manner.
- Strong attention to detail and high quality of work output.
- Fluent in English.
