Title and Summary
Manager, Sales Excellence
Overview:
The manager of Excellence will join Brazil Strategy, Excellence & Operations team and will be responsible for driving initiatives to improve process focusing on our Customer Centricity culture supporting Sales Organization to develop a business development driven agenda.
The Excellence Manager will partner with various areas in the company mapping processes, developing action plans and leading implementation.
The role:
- Engage Sales Organization to identify opportunities to improve processes
- Act as a facilitator in connecting with local, regional and global teams to accelerate resolution
- Support Sales Team during meetings with Customers
- Provide support to Account Managers and Deals team with billing analysis
- Identify opportunities of content to Mastercard Academy
- Standardize and document processes and then educate improving efficiency
- Automate processes when possible through third party vendor and/or Mastercard resources
- Propose recommendations for simplification and continuous improvement of processes that impact day-to-day activities
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous seeking for process improvement across the company
- Manage Sales Excellence activities
About you:
- Prior experience in payments industry
- MCBS and Connect knowledge is a must
- Self-starter and quick learner with ability to work independently
- Flexibility to handle rapidly changing scenarios
- Ability to manage complex project with multiple areas and tasks
- Constant curiosity, willing to dive deep and learn about our technology, system structure, and rules
- Analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
- Data manipulation is a plus
- Ability to participate and lead discussions with customers
- Value collaboration and inclusion, ability to work cross-functionally
- Build relationships and cultivates networks with ease, interacting with varying levels of leadership across the organization; ability to lead and influence at all levels
- Experience as people manager
