**About the role**
- Be a scalation level of TR to the clients and support the project manager managing the clients’ expectations during the project execution stage.
- Manages one or more **critical** or **strategic** projects related to Professional Services business goals.
- Provide technical or functional support to the implementation of projects, in terms of best practices, project strategy and delivery methodology.
- Experience and knowledge on how to organize and execute projects and/or **large scale/complex**.
- Strong management and people management skills.
- Search for added value and customer satisfaction in the services provided.
- Regular engagement with key customers and internal/external stakeholders.
- Alignment with the PS Sr. Manager, and PS Director on Service Strategy and Delivery Plans.
- Problem solver and high use of influence to eliminate bottlenecks and conflicts, crisis management.
- Provide Mentoring and Training for other Project Managers and PS leaders when needed.
- Develops a professional rapport with the internal and client project teams that interfaces with client and maintain an excellent level of client satisfaction.
- Keeps healthy governance and successful project portfolio KPI and metrics, reports to the Professional Services leadership.
- Keeps portfolio project’s revenue forecast and revenue realization according to the revenue plan.
- Achieve Professional Services objectives within role of responsibility
- Defines and disseminates Project Management and Implementation Best Practices.
- Guarantee that all deliverables within the project managers team and client project, attaining to all successful aspects: customer satisfaction, scope, quality, profitability, margins and schedule.
- Manage all projects attributes up to date and with a seamless governance
- Timely response and project portfolio related KPIs and reports on time.
- Manage and report risks accordingly to the correct escalations level.
- Efficient, clear and timely communication with leadership, project team, partners and key stakeholders.
- Project Managers team development and best practices adoption.

**About you**
- Strong organization, interpersonal, & communication skills.
- Proven ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders in a matrix organization, from operational to C-level.
- Excellent analytical problem solving skills.
- Experience in Software Implementation or related Professional Services Projects, such as ERP implementation or IT Project Management.
- Experience in partnering with internal & external stakeholders.
- Independently drives/defines local policies, procedures, methodologies on **Project Management and Professional Services offers.**:

- Strong team management, operational and project management skills, consulting, technology and process improvement.
- High performance culture, managing effectively, differentiating performance, developing talent and building diverse and inclusive teams.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- +5 years of Project Management experience in customer on-site implementations.
- BS/BA required: Preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a combination of equivalent education and experience
- +3 years of team management:

- Leads a geographic or functional team
- Experience in team management.
- In complex matrix teams, also include individuals who manage virtual teams or cross-product/region teams
- PMP Certification strongly desirable, Agile or Lean Certification (CSM, SAFe, KANBAN, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Be aware that business travel availability may be necessary.
- Languages: Portuguese (Native or fluent), English (Advanced) and Spanish (Advanced) are **required**.
- Previous experience with Previous experience on business related to Foreign Trade or TAX are a plus.
