As Project Manager, your responsibilities include project team management, stakeholder management, projects and portfolio KPIs managements, project communications and risks assessments.

The scope of work includes projects or programs related to needs from any company area as Business Units, Commercial Operations, Medical, Access, Compliance, Finance and others. This position is required to interface with all of them, LATAM and International according to the project scope.

As PMO, your responsibilities are defining the methodology to be used for project management, provide training and development for sponsors, leaders and project team members. PMO is responsible for defining and ensuring the governance of all projects, from the assessment of new demands, prioritization and resource allocation. Monitors the projects on going, reporting progress to the senior leadership team, enabling strategic decision making around time, risks and resources.

As Project Manager:

- Lead the development of business cases for potential opportunities
- Manage project resources and assign individual responsibilities.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets and schedules.
- Manage changes to project scope.
- Identify and control project risks using the integrated risk management framework.
- Create and execute project stakeholder management and communication plans.
- Manage strategic partner relationships with internal and external customers as appropriate.

As PMO:

- Serve as champion relative to the Project management methodology, provide training to Project leaders and assure they use the standard process.
- Ensure compliance with the established governance: strategic meetings agenda with leadership team, presenting new demands, agreeing on business cases, prioritizing, allocating resources, monitoring progress and ensuring the closure of projects.
- Develop and manage high performing teams to implement projects.
- Ensure the KPIs management
- To prepare and present executive dashboards to the senior leadership team

**Formação/ Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Fluent in English
- Experience in Pharmaceutical market
- Experience in project management leadership and/or strategic planning
- Proven expertise in successfully delivering business-critical projects involving cross-functional participants, stakeholders and organizations.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
- Advance knowledge and experience in concept and Lean tools;
- Experience with Six Sigma Projects;
- Experience with agile methodologies;
- Project Management certification.
