Now we’re looking for **Project Manager - Total Voice** to bring good results to Softline’s (interface). You’ll be a part of our time.

**Job overview**: Working with Service Managers processing management insight data pertaining to service and operational level performance, incidents, and service improvement plans Manages, maintains, and creates process documentation, records and information held on relevant systems (CRM, BI), produces and publishes agreed reports and event plans. Reviews documentation, assesses for accuracy and completeness and progresses in line with agreed procedure and ITIL standards Engages business stakeholders (Delivery, Product and Sales teams) ensuring processes and procedures are fit for purpose and aligned with other functional teams’ processes. Establishes good working relationships with external suppliers and/or internal stakeholders, advising on the completion, submission and progression of service, event, and incident related documentation. Contributes to the continuous refinement of processes in conjunction with other functional teams and project teams.

**What you’ll do**:Core responsibilities will include:

- As (Project Management Institute) certification updated and valid. Fully responsible for all the phases of the proyect. Analysis, Planning, Execution and Closing.
- Responsible for the profitability of the project and the correct and accurate use of the estimated engineering hours. Must be a leader and support for the delivery engineers, specially when facing challenges with the customers during the projects.
- The Service Manager (Total Voice Customer Success manager) is responsible for undertaking all routine process and practical task-based activity.
- The role holder is responsible for checking process documentation is complete and correct, inputting key information to business systems, raising, and issuing technical documentation.

**Profile requirements**:

- Proven experience between 5 to 10 years managing Microsoft Projects specially with telephony environments.
- Experience handling the P&L of the project, the team and the customer at the same time.
- Proven project management with software, hardware, travel and expense.
- Reports and following methodology as well P&L commitment. PMI Certification required.
- ITIL, COBIT, SLAs, Ticket Management, Monitoring Platforms. PMI, Project Management, Microsoft Certifications. ADVERSITY MANAGEMENT, Leader, Team Leader, Excellent Interpersonal Relationships, Organized, Strict, CUSTOMER CENTRIC.
