Regional Procurement Manager

This role is part of the Global Packaging team and responsible for the procurement strategy of all Blow Moulding & Injection Moulding for Latam, aligned with the global strategy.

Main responsibility is the development and execution of strategies to achieve competitive advantage through lowest purchase cost and value improvements consistent with the business direction.

**Main Responsabilities**
- Develop and execute the optimal strategy that delivers business objectives.
- Deliver results in key performance areas including cost management, financial forecast accuracy, NWC performance, service & quality to plants, process improvements and innovation.
- Have full financial accountability for the category (Budget, Forecast, PPV, NWC).
- Manage and develop strategic supplier relationships.
- Develop Commodity Risk Management strategy aligned with key stakeholders.
- Keep tracking of regulatory and quality implications across the portfolio.
- Develop and implement sustainability strategy in collaboration with Sustainability group.
- Lead and develop direct reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor/master’s degree in business, science/engineering, supply chain or equivalent.
- Experience of Procurement/Other supply chain roles and relevant supporting function experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Proven track record in handling complexity.
- Ability to travel.
- Fluent oral and written English.
- Fluent in Portuguese
