- ESPECIALISTA EM PRICING- É responsável pelo portfólio de ofertas da Nexans (produtos e serviços) e pela demonstração completa de lucros e perdas de sua oferta.- Responsável por fazer recomendações sobre e-merchandising.- Garante tanto o desenvolvimento das vendas como a melhoria da experiência do Parceiro e do Cliente com as suas ofertas.**Responsabilidades principais**
- Desenvolver novas ofertas e estabelecer o preço da oferta com base na inteligência competitiva.- Gerencie o portfólio de ofertas e o ciclo de vida das ofertas, desde o desenvolvimento até o lançamento e escalonamento até a descontinuação.- Monitorar e garantir o cumprimento da estratégia de preços da BU.- Definir e monitorar a experiência CX/PX com as ofertas alinhadas com o nível de serviço esperado de CX/PX no nível da BU.- Treinar a Nexans e as equipes de vendas e suporte de vendas de seus parceiros na Oferta USP.- Incutir inovação em colaboração com o Design Lab Manager no desenvolvimento da oferta de novos produtos e serviços.- Trabalhar em colaboração com toda a equipe de marketing para melhorar a visibilidade e atratividade da oferta.- Coordenar com equipes locais de produção e vendas, bem como equipes localizadas em BG para gerenciar o sortimento, incluindo lançamento de produtos e serviços.- Elaborar e organizar uma rede interna para definir a política de preços e acompanhar as evoluções dos preços dos concorrentes para tomar decisões apropriadas.- Comunicar a estratégia de preços às outras funções.**Perfil**
- Bacharelado e Mestrado em Engenharia, Negócios, Marketing
- Office avançado- SAP avançado
- Power BI
- Inglês fluente
- 2 anos de experiência em posição semelhante
