**Job Description Summary**: Customer facing staff responsible for winning business Jobs at this level operate with some autonomy but are covered by well-defined Commercial policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (typically annual volume, margin and compliance requirements). Responsible for medium-sized sales territories.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive the Critical Communication Sales team to ensure orders targets are achieved
- Develop and execute commercial strategy for sales of Grid Automation Critical Communication - for Fiber optical, teleprotection and Wireless solution for Energy and Industry Segment
- Develop strong relationship with key customers in the electrical utilities and large industries. Serve the market either directly or through close collaboration/management of channels (sales representatives, distributors and value-added resellers)
- Ensure the development of new leads and market opportunities in the regions.
- Coordinate cross-regional deals.
- Be accountable for meeting or exceeding the orders and sales plans
- Formulates and executes proposal strategy and sales agreements.
- Assists in customer negotiations Identifies new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering;
- Solid experience in sales for telecommunications systems for energy and industry;
- Excellent Telecommunication Domain, Fiber optical systems (SDH/MPLS-TP/DWDM), Teleprotection and Power Line Carrier, WLAN, LAN, Cyber Security;
- Market knowledges within Energy Transmission and Generation System;
- Fluent in Portuguese;
- Advanced English;
- Availability to travel +50% of the time;
