The results we achieve are highly visible to our leadership team and we are recognized for our work and promoted accordingly. **Responsibilities**: - Plan/Size/Design/Support SAN Storage environment; - Size new equipments based on customer requirements; Manage capacity; - Troubleshoot storage performance issues; - Document and create procedures; - Automate manual tasks when possible; - Actively monitor alerts, tickets and work proactively to avoid major issues; - Attend meetings with customers, vendors and internal teams; - Incident, Problem management and ownership of the issues until resolution. Handling Trouble tickets raised by the customers; - Provide RCA when needed; - Keep tracking of target firmware and microcodes; - Flexible to learn new things as required. ***Requirements**: At least 05 years of experience with SAN Storage design and support, including the following technologies: - Netapp/Ontap - FC/NAS/S3/SnapMirror; - Dell EMC Unity - FC/NAS/ThinClones; - Dell PowerMax; - Pure FlashArray / Flashblades; - Brocade and Cisco SAN Switches; - Fabric Virtualization; Storage Virtualization. **Nice to have knowledge on**: - Linux and automation skills (bash, python); - Dell Data Domain experience; - EMC VNX; - Dell Isilion; - Dell PowerStore; - IBM Storwize/Flashsystem. **Education**: - University Degree in Computer Science or related field **_"All of our job opportunities in Brazil are open to people with disabilities (PWDs)"/ _** **_"Todas as nossas oportunidades de vagas no Brasil são abertas a pessoas com deficiência (PCDs)"_** **Who is Netcracker Technology?** We are a forward-looking software company, offering mission-critical solutions to service providers around the globe.
