We’re focused on making incredible solutions to our customers, and that's why we are looking to hire a passionate and entrepreneurial product manager who seeks to change the face of e-commerce as we know it. Your work will touch millions of people a day, and is something your friends and family will experience and love.- Launch features across the Shopee app and out-of-app communication channels;
- Drive product development (from discovery to launch) of the products;
- Develop a deep understanding of customers by conducting research, data analysis, customer interviews, and usability tests;
- Develop hypotheses with qualitative and quantitative insights;
- Translate user needs into solutions and product requirements;
- Define, prioritize, and communicate short and long term product goals;
- Partner with regional product managers, designers, engineers, marketing, customer operations, analytics teams;
- Communicating and collaborating with leaders and teams from multiple disciplines and across multiple product lines;
- Actively collaborate with both regional and local teams to continuously review and improve the current product usability, functionality and performance including feature testing and troubleshooting.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English to work with local and overseas teams (_english will be the main working language_);
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or technology fields;
- Proved experience in big projects/products related to logistics
- Good Product Management experience delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them - and you're deeply proud of what you've accomplished;
- Experience in discovery, designing, launching and prioritizing product solutions. Show the ability to set the vision for the product, understanding how it connects to company objectives.
- Customer obsessed: You take a customer-first lens to your work, keeping the needs of various segments of customers in mind;
- Structured thinking/decision-making skills: You take on complex product challenges and simplify them;
- Data-informed and data-savvy: You find a way to get the data you need and whip it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to use this data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis;
- Ability to coordinate with counterparts in the Asian market;
- Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment that requires autonomy and skills to deal with ambiguity;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with clear logical thinking.
**Preferred Requirements**:
- Experience in consulting, startups or related experience with proven record of driving business impact;
- Prior experience working on global projects, or in an international setting;
- Experience working on mobile experiences and digital products;
