**Responsibilities**

Advanced ability with contractual language;
Experience with contract negotiation;
Ability to coordinate project aspects with corporate areas;
Collaborative work with the Offer Project Manager to ensure approvals and dates;
Risk Analysis and close work with areas to ensure project approval;
Constant discussions of mitigation strategies;
Flexibility to work in team;
Good communication;
Leadership skills;
Advanced ability with contractual language.

**Mandatory requirements**

Academic background in Business Adm. Or Law;
Advanced in English and Spanish (both speaking and writing);
Availability for travels.

Familiarity with global / regional customs and duties and Brazilian taxes is a plus.
