LAO Digital Marketing Business Partner
The Digital Marketing Business Partner will be a major influencer of business and product vision, deciding what should be built, and communicating the Digital Marketing product strategy to LAO Leadership. Success is measured by the ability to design and deliver configurable, scalable and extensible digital solutions that drive business and customer value.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Lead digital product strategy and programs for Digital Marketing envisioning and delivering capabilities that enrich and enable new digital experiences.
- Act as an entrepreneur, performing market and competitive analysis to inform Digital Marketing Product innovation.
- Actively guide and inspire the Marketing team around the vision and feature priorities for the LAO. Ensure that this vision is integrated into the overall Digital Marketing Product vision.
- Work with Global Marketing & Sales, & eCommerce Product Owners to break down complex problems into actionable steps to drive product strategy, innovation and development and understand the global strategic vision and releases comprised of mínimal viable products and tactical user stories and applicability to LAO.
- Partner with Digital Marketing stakeholders to understand needs/requirements to be included in Global Digital Marketing Product Owner roadmap.
- Works closely with development teams and/or guide Product Owners to implement the product requirements.
- For Digital Marketing specific requirements that require a Digital Marketing product team, this role will manage:
- Build the case with LAO and IT Leaders to secure funds for Digital Marketing product team for a specified time.
- Product lifecycle including development of features, deployment of roadmaps, and measurement and management of adoption.
- Establish tradeoffs between internal development and business partnerships, works with stakeholders for investment, product maintenance, product changes, forecasting and financials.
- Create, manage, and prioritize Digital Marketing Product backlog to streamline execution of Digital Marketing objectives. Manage vendors to ensure software roadmaps and delivery of features are completed based on agreed SLAs and pricing models.
- Ensure that volume of work flowing to team optimizes team performance.
- Maximize the value of the Digital Marketing Product over its lifecycle by defining and owning capabilities ROI, including budget and/or P&L.
- Provision technology, including vendor research, request for proposals, and partnering with Procurement on vendor selection and contracts.
- Drive a strong focus on improving Digital Marketing processes and deep expertise in data, algorithms, UX, APIs, platforms, RPA & Smart automation, BOTS, eco-systems.
- Understanding of cyber risks, K-C security posture, processes and procedures to ensure compliance to K-C IT security and controls framework
- Perform customer follow-up and maintain healthy customer satisfaction scores.
- Utilize digital metrics that focus on outcomes of initiatives rather than checking the box on projects delivered.
- Establish trusted relationships with key Digital Marketing stakeholders and being a connected, influential player with Digital Marketing Global Leadership.
- Engage and motivate employees and resources with effective communication to promote a high performing, agile and focused team environment.
- Support metric definition, risk identification, and remediation.

- Ensure insight and understanding of “best practices” and keeping pace with competition and peer companies.
**Key Qualifications and Experiences***:
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in IT or a business discipline.
- A minimum of 6 years related experience in Sales, Marketing and/or eCommerce is required.
