We are looking for a highly analytical and technical professional with solid experience in financial management and complex accounting reconciliations, capable of leading the account reconciliation process across three distinct business verticals. The manager will be responsible for coordinating the reconstruction of databases, validating accounting information, and cross-checking business rules, working closely with specialists from each area to ensure the integrity, traceability, and reliability of financial information.

**Responsabilities**
- Manage accounting and financial reconciliation processes, including asset, liability, and income accounts, with a focus on accuracy and traceability.
- Coordinate the mapping and reconstruction of financial and accounting databases, validating both historical and current data.
- Develop and review detailed working papers, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and internal practices.
- Create and interpret queries (SQL or similar) for the extraction, processing, and analysis of large datasets.
- Conduct diagnostics of financial inconsistencies, performing internal process audits and suggesting corrections and improvements.
- Coordinate technical and functional teams, ensuring data-driven deliverables with high-quality standards.
- Support the resolution of legacy issues and the structuring of chart of accounts and cost centers, ensuring alignment across different business units.
- Collaborate with other FinOps management teams, as well as Controllership, Accounting, Information Technology, and operational areas to ensure technical and functional alignment.

**Requirements**:

- Solid experience (minimum 5 years) in complex financial and accounting reconciliations
- Strong knowledge of chart of accounts, third-party account closings, provisions, and intercompany reconciliations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong skills in SQL queries and query analysis (mandatory)
- Experience with ERP systems (TOTV
