DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Garantir que as investigações de eventos e perdas sejam realizadas quando apropriado de acordo com as diretrizes e prazos estipulados;
- Elaborar relatórios de auditoria e registros de investigações;
- Elaborar relatórios com estudos, sobre o mapa da fraude e suas fragilidades;
- Analisar os principais indicadores de perdas para identificar oportunidades de melhoria;
- Liderar investigações de alta complexidade e garantir uma conclusão bem sucedida;
- Estruturar bases de dados para identificação das modalidades ofensoras na fraude, a fim de agirmos preventivamente;
- Realizar análises de vulnerabilidades operacionais;
- Controle de acesso;
- Verificações de não conformidades.
**Requirements**:
- Ensino superior concluído.
- Alta capacidade analítica, para diagnosticar melhorias de processo e solucionar problemas complexos;
- Inglês Intermediário;
- Pacote Office Avançado;
- Experiência prévias nas áreas de investigação e prevenção a fraudes e perdas;
- Experiência com a gestão de indicadores (KPI’s);
- Comprometimento, bom relacionamento interpessoal e boa comunicação oral e escrita;
- Experiência com manipulação de dados em SQL/Data Studio será considerado um diferencial.
