**Who are we looking for?**

A kick-ass Financial Controller that will be a key contributor and leader for our financial operations, being responsible for improving our financial processes, providing technical accountant expertise and developing a high-performance financial operations team.

You will get to work independently, though have the support of a fractional CFO and the CEO. The business is on a growth trajectory, is fast-paced and fun. The position requires strong financial, accounting and management skills, a strong business sense and the ability to understand the big picture while being very detail oriented.

**You will**:

- Prepare timely monthly management accounts
- Manage the financial operations within the business
- Oversee all accounting operations including payroll, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, expenses etc.
- Prepare the draft financial statements for audit, managing other compliance reporting and liaising with third parties
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Provide accurate financial data and financial analysis to inform decision making by the SMT
- Ensure taxation compliance both at a corporate and payroll level in international jurisdictions.
- Assist the CEO with preparation of board reports and other data for external stakeholder management.

**You're perfect for this role if you have**:

- Ambitious and have a growth mindset Accounting professional qualification
- 4 + years of working in industry experience
- Strong accounting software knowledge (we use Xero)
- Strong excel and financial modelling skills
- Ideally experience in a B2B SaaS or software business
- Excellent written English
- High levels of initiative and willingness to roll up sleeves and make things happen
