**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Investment Evaluation
- Evaluate new project investment opportunities using financial and commercial analysis
- Prepare financial and commercial reports on investment opportunities for Faro’s investment committee
- Lead the evaluation of client and counterparty creditworthiness
- Investor Relations
- Develop and prepare recurring and ad-hoc investor reports, collating and communicating financial, operational, and commercial information from across the business
- Support the preparation of fundraising materials, including presentations, financial models, written reports, and data room management
- Strategy
- Support strategic decision making across the business by conducting research and preparing analysis on business performance, market conditions and new business opportunities
- Develop presentations and reports for management and the Board of Directors
- Support M&A transactions by assisting at all process stages from initial contact to transaction close

**Requisitos e qualificações** Requirements**
- Undergraduate (or higher) degree from well-respected Brazilian or international university, with strong academic results
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in banking, private equity, and/or management consulting
- Significant financial modeling experience and sound understanding of financial statements, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience preparing written reports and Powerpoint presentations
- Professional fluency in written and spoken Portuguese and English
- Experience working in Brazil
- Willingness to live and work in São Paulo, Brazil
- Legal right to work in Brazil
