**Job Summary**:
We are looking for dedicated, passionate relationship builders who can manage and expand our channel partners ecosystem in Brazil. You will be dynamic and hardworking with a will to win and growth our indirect sales in region.

The unique simulation-driven approach to innovation is powered by our integrated suite of software which optimizes design performance across multiple disciplines encompassing structures, motion, fluids, thermal management, electromagnetics, system modeling and embedded systems, while also providing data analytics and true-to-life visualization and rendering. The opportunity to grow existing accounts by leveraging the Altair technology portfolio is significant.
- Develop necessary relationships and sales, product and partner process management to drive results to meet our growth targets
- Recruit, enable and drive new partners in Brazil
- Collaborate with Altair Global Channel Partner, Regional Sales and Marketing Field leadership and resources to develop content to better help enable the Channel
- Conduct training, lunch and learns and other activities to develop both product knowledge and mindshare
- Develop and implement a quarterly sales plan that spells out key actions and associated dates
- Develop and implement joint business plans to increase revenue on our technologies and ensure partners' engagement
- Understand the partner business and technology needs and communicate them to executives

**What You Will Do**:

- Collaborate with Global Channel Partner Team to define, plan and execute a strategy that aligns with key revenue objectives for the ACP Program
- Collaborating with the Global Channel Partner Team and Channel Marketing Team to identify and recruit prospective Channel Partners
- Fully participate in team objectives, programs & initiatives and promote team communication and consensus
- Direct the activities and manage the performance of Channel Partners within a region, setting expectations and providing guidance and direction as needed
- Develop proper channel coverage plan, and reseller and/or distributor recruitment and on-boarding
- Develop and maintain business relationships with new and key channel partners
- Create effective processes, leveraging tools and resources to scale your businesses
- Own process and strategy for the sales process, tools, business strategy
- Understand and integrate sales initiatives across direct/inside sales channels of distribution
- Work closely with Sales and Inside Sales on pursuit of pre-qualified Channel Partners
- Ensuring a clear GTM strategy is set with the partner early in engagement lifecycle
- In collaboration with Channel Marketing, driving demand with partners for each Altair Business Unit (Simulation, Data Analytics and HPC)
- Create strategies and lead team efforts to maximize sell-through of company products within the open market channels (include distributors and resellers)
- Drive revenue and exceed sales goals through new partner acquisition expanding our existing partner relationships and own the success
- Lead the day to day operations of the team to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability including building reporting and managing team metrics using SFDC
- Establish, fortify, and expand the relationships with distributors to ensure optimal results in revenue generation end customer satisfaction
- Ability to perform technical qualification

**What You Will Need**:
**Basics**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or bachelor’s degree with technical sales experience.
- Demonstrated basic understanding of product development
- Excellent communication, organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across globally diverse accounts.
- Driving license
- Advanced or Fluent English

**Preferred**:
