**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage presales teams in LAD, providing specialized support during the full sales cycle.
- Provide technical and functional leadership to sales and presales teams in solution development and proposal creation.
- Actively participate in account planning and sales strategy development.
- Collaborate with management to define and enhance new products.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and customers on specific technical projects.
- Ensure regional visibility and support the professional development of emerging leaders within the team.
- Lead and motivate teams, managing both internal and external talent.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS or equivalent) in technology, engineering, business administration, or related fields.
- Solid experience in managing presales and sales teams, preferably in technology or enterprise solutions companies.
- Proven knowledge of the software industry and eBusiness solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership, presentation, and people management skills.
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and collaborative team player.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with mid and senior management.
- Languages: Portuguese, Spanish and English.
- Willingness to travel as required.Experience working in multinational/regional environments is highly valued.

**Location**:
São Paulo or Mexico City.
