Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage presales teams in LAD, providing specialized support during the full sales cycle.
- Facilitate customer understanding and adoption of products and applications by delivering presentations, demonstrations, and benchmarks to internal and external clients.
- Provide technical and functional leadership to sales and presales teams in solution development and proposal creation.
- Actively participate in account planning and sales strategy development.
- Publish relevant technical information about applications and products, as well as technical articles as needed.
- Collaborate with management to define and enhance new products.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and customers on specific technical projects.
- Ensure regional visibility and support the professional development of emerging leaders within the team.
- Lead and motivate teams, managing both internal and external talent.
