**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are hiring a Growth Ops Manager to our Growth Martech & Analytics team in São Paulo
The Gympass Growth team is seeking a technical, hands-on, results-driven growth ops manager to add firepower to our Growth Martech & Analytics team. This individual will spearhead the organization & execution of the processes with internal and external teams to improve efficiency for our Growth Team members. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day process creation, monitoring and improvements.
**YOUR IMPACT**
- Create process maps and documentation within the main stakeholders in the marketing team.
- Independently lead concurrent programs and projects, as well as defining business requirements, project scope, success criteria, risks, design/development, communication and implementation plans;
- Analyze the efficiency and costs of existing business processes and identify areas of improvement;
- Create and present process improvement reports;
- Oversee the implementation of new business processes;
- Troubleshooting and improving new processes, as well as update process and procedure policies;
- Conduct ongoing analysis and monitoring of processes;
- Oversees and handles relationships with 3rd parties vendors;
- Evaluate the efficiency and costs of established processes, developing improvement strategies, and facilitating changes;
- Provide enablement/governance of tools and platforms and process updates to the marketing teams;
- Gather and disseminate internal and external processes and documentation best practices.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- A professional with a Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in marketing/communications, engineering, business or related field.
- Someone with experience working with processes optimization.
- Energetic team player with excellent written, verbal, & conceptual skills in both English and Portuguese.
- Someone with a deep understanding of business management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams with adaptability.
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and build credibility and strong partnerships in matrixed organization across business functions and levels.
- Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, listening, strategic planning and thought leadership.
