Our Environmental Monitoring Services Business Unit provides a diverse portfolio of satellite-based solutions, ranging from animal tracking and irrigation support to land monitoring and oceanographic deployments. Every month, CLS processes environmental data and positions from 80,000 beacons while observing oceans, inland waters, and land activities via satellite.

With consistent, robust growth in recent years, CLS has set ambitious goals to expand into new and emerging markets.

As a Business Development & Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in our growth story. You will identify new opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth in your local market and beyond. **What You’ll Do**
- ** Develop and execute** a strategic sales plan to identify and capture new business opportunities.
- ** Build strong relationships** with clients, stakeholders, and partners at all levels.
- ** Negotiate and close** high-value contracts with key decision-makers.
- ** Collaborate with internal teams** to develop tailor-made solutions for clients.
- ** Track and analyze** market trends to stay ahead of industry developments.

**Profil recherché**:
**What We’re Looking For**
- ** Proven experience** in sales, business development, or a related role (minimum of 5 years of proven business development experience with a strong track record of results).
- ** Entrepreneurial Spirit**:Proactive, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve revenue growth
- Educational**Background: Master’s degree in marine science, Ecology, Agriculture, Business, Engineering, or a related field relevant to the role
- ** Exceptional communication and negotiation skills**, including public speaking and excellent technical writing capability
- Ability to **work independently and remotely** while collaborating with global teams.
- ** Fluency in English** (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Office 365 tools.
