Warehouse & Yard Associate 1

The work environment is very fast paced and noisy. It is one of constant movement while performing the duties of this job. The employee must regularly move up to 20 lbs, frequently move up to 50 pounds.

**Take ownership for our product line**

You will receive inbound material from outside suppliers and other Baker Hughes plants and field locations. Stocks received material, as well as completed products and assemblies from in-house production. Picks materials, components and end products and delivers them to Production or shipping.

**Performs cycle counts.**

As a **Warehouse I**, you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing inbound deliveries of materials from suppliers, plant and field locations to verify quantities and stock levels
- Ensuring receipt of completed products and assemblies from in-house production to document and prepare for delivery
- Picking materials, components and end products to be delivered to production or for shipping
- Preparing component kits for production, orders and supplier subcontract parts to ensure correct delivery of requirements
**Fuel your passion**:
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent level of education and demonstrate good, related experience
- Have the ability to read and interpret routine instructions, correspondence and memos
- Be able to operate a forklift while loading or unloading freight
- Have the ability to work in a physical environment that can often involve heavy lifting
- Be a good team player and display good communication skills
