**Compliance Analyst - Malta**

Malta

Hybrid, two days in office

Permanent / full-time

We are a fast-growing global reinsurance speciality company servicing the insurance markets of Lloyd’s, Europe and North America.

We are growing rapidly and are looking for a new Compliance Analyst who will be assisting the Compliance Team in developing, embedding, and maintaining an effective compliance programme.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with colleagues and leaders to implement the Group and the solo entities compliance plan.
- Staying up to date with all regulatory developments and preparing assessments on changes in the legal and regulatory environment.
- Ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements.
- Reviewing Company policies and procedures and making any recommendations for improvements.
- Developing and delivering training programs on Compliance-related matters.
- Handling internal and external Compliance enquires.
- Assisting other team members with day-to-day compliance and legal related matters.
- Right to work in this location
- Experience working in an Insurance/Reinsurance compliance role
- A degree or professional qualification in Insurance, Compliance, Business or Law.
- Strong understanding of Solvency II regulatory requirements.
- Working knowledge of Sanctions, AML and broader Financial Crime regulation.
- Ability and flexibility to work with cross functional teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication skills and able to develop and maintain positive relationships across the business.
- Contributing positively to our culture and values.
