**About the Team**:

- The Marketing team at Shopee Brazil is looking for a professional who is passionate about livestream production. The Livestream Content Producer will be under the Community Team and be responsible for conceptualising and executing the weekly livestream activities at Shopee Marketing Team aligned with the business objectives.- Define livestream content strategy and establish a content ecosystem that aligns with market preferences and campaigns
- Conceptualise, develop and execute new content ideas and drive continual optimisation of livestream marketing campaigns
- Involve in end-to-end livestream process, including conceptualizing, scheduling, script writing, marketing campaign planning and monitor production performance
- Analyse in both quantitative and qualitative field for Shopee-produced livestream shows
- Provide insights and report performance of livestreams as well as identifying the gaps and improvements
- Track, monitor and understand content performance through insights and analytics

**Requirements**:

- Strong project management skills and ability to be creative operationally and strategically
- Experience in e-commerce / Live streaming/ Multi-Channel Network (MCN)/ OTT or related industries is a plus.
- Intermediate/advanced English to work with stakeholders from across the region
- Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
- Positive working attitude and a strong team player
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
