We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Technician - Field Tech to join our team in Sao Paulo, São Paulo (BR-SP), Brazil (BR).
Atuar em todos os chamados onde o primeiro nível (Suporte Remoto) não conseguiu solucionar remotamente.
Solucionar problemas operacionais de aplicações instaladas em desktops, notebooks, impressoras e periféricos associados.
Instalar, manter e otimizar o desktop e notebook instalados nos sites do cliente (Rollout)
Executar diagnósticos e resolver os problemas de desempenho dos equipamentos.
Executar serviços de manutenção e reparo (quando necessário)
Garantir a satisfação do cliente, aconselhando os clientes sobre manutenção preventiva e configurações que podem afetar o desempenho dos equipamentos.
Instruir os clientes na operação e manutenção do sistema.
Apoiar na elaboração de documentos técnicos para resolução de problemas.
Seguir os procedimentos, checklists e scripts de atendimento.
Aderir as normas e políticas internas estabelecidas.
