The Associate Business has experience performing business analysis and design either alone delivering small scale business change activities; or as a contributor to a large scale or global business change. The Associate Business operates with interactive communication, demonstrating inclusion and cultural sensitivity, technical knowledge and project management skills.

The role will support the development of business cases, assist in business process design and ensure that proposed solutions meet established AstraZeneca quality and compliance standards for IT on top of meeting the business needs.

**Main Activities**:

- Responsible for leading initiatives with different business areas throughout the company;
- Focal point in IT (Business Partner) in relationship to business areas;
- Responsible for leading discussion with the business regarding the strategy and how IT can help in achieving business goals and looking out for new opportunities;
- IT partner for implementation of global and local solutions.
**Essential for the role**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience as a Key User
- Experience with implementation of new technologies
- Advanced English
- Desirable experience in the pharmaceutical segment
