Strategy:
- Work alongside Strategy & Operations Manager and functional leaders to grow Acquco's omnichannel presence by expanding our brands / products onto additional marketplaces
- Omnichannel Growth: Manage relationships with external marketplaces and identify, operationalize, and implement growth opportunities to increase revenue/reduce costs
- Research: Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to help inform key business decisions
Data:
- Data Operations: Build automated/structured models on Excel to support various functions (inventory management, marketing, promotions); Collect, clean, and process data
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Build reports to track P&L across multiple channels and support data-driven decision making for new initiatives
Operations:
- Pilot: Develop, execute and report on tests to drive revenue growth for our brands (ie. New Product Launches to Omnichannel Growth)
- Project Management: Act as project manager for key initiatives with outsourced teams, shepherding initiatives from start to finish and consistent monitoring of daily responsibilities in very close detail
- Continuous Improvements: Identify and collaborate executing tasks related to operations and process improvement (e.g. analyze customer support inefficiencies and offer solutions)
- Technology: Efficiently navigate varying platform interfaces and independently troubleshoot errors by thinking outside of the box
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a self-starter or entrepreneur, with a track record of taking initiative and driving projects forward independently
- Experience using formulas in Excel or Google Sheets
- Attention to detail
- Experience successfully completing projects in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
- Experience working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- At least one of the following:
- 1-3 years in management consulting or in strategy/operations at a hyper-growth company/early stage startup
- 1-3 years experience in project management role (Asana, Monday or Planner)
- 1-3 years experience in agency management & evaluation role
- Able to work East Coast (NYC) daytime office hours
- Bachelor’s Degree required
**Additional Information**
Compensation will be $30,000 - $40,000 USD, depending on experience
