**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are hiring a SALES OPERATIONS SR DIRECTOR for our SALES STRATEGY AND OPERATIONS team
Gympass Sales Strategy and Operations team is looking for a Sales Operations Sr. Director to partner with our Sales leadership across the Globe to crack the most important strategic topics within the Revenue organization. You will be responsible for (i) working with the sales leadership on sales strategy definition and (ii) defining and executing the foundations of enterprise sales operations (e.g. building territories, setting targets, driving forecasting, HC planning, creating reports, etc).
**YOUR IMPACT**:
- Build and maintain a close relationship with with senior leaders in the Revenue Organization
- Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional teams across our global footprint in Latam, Europe and US
- Lead projects to make data-driven decisions on topics including: forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, sales incentive design, and product mix analysis
- Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making recommendations in areas such as go-to-market strategy, how to restructure/grow teams, and improve rep productivity
- Monitor metrics and proactively surface insights to the leadership team. Highlight best performing regions and identify drivers behind over and under performance
- Build and manage the CRM as well as other commercial tools to foster a more structured management of Gympass commercial activities
- Get your hands dirty in the data but also step up to own sales strategy and planning

**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Solid experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company or comparable experience
- Solid experience in stakeholders management
- Strong analytical capacity (data analysis and generation of insights)
- Advanced/Fluent in English
- Quantitative: experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses
- Concise communication: Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership
- Proactive: Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
- A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles
- Global mindset: able to deliver on complex projects with global footprints
- A strategic thinker with excellent business judgment
- A strong leader who can corral a group to execute against an initiative while rolling up his or her own sleeves
