We are looking for a Head of Product Growth to start our Product Growth team. **Responsibilities**: - Develop a product growth plan to improve and fine-tune the company's acquisition, user retention, and monetization strategy. - Identify the structures and teams needed to achieve the goals and make the necessary hires and training. - Establish a company-wide structure, coordinating marketing, product development, and fraud control efforts. - Maintain proper internal communication to ensure comprehensive alignment with the company's vision and goals. - Establish with the BI team effective tracking and visibility of key growth indicators. - Analyze the customer journey, including activation, retention and reactivation, and implement experiments to improve it. - Develop a deep understanding of our users, industry, competition and market trends. **Requirements**: - Experience in the Product area. - Experience in customer acquisition, SEO and scaling products. - Experience in B2C companies. - Differential: Knowledge in UX processes and Data Analytics. - Differential: Reforge course - Fluent in Spanish is a plus **Benefits** - **Medical and dental assistance - **You don't have to worry about co-participation fees.
