- Job Purpose
- The One Engineering Global Graduate Program (GGP) is a strategic development program created to recruit talent, develop technical skills, provide work experience, and effectively prepare our engineering graduates for placement into various engineering disciplines. Program is strategically designed to support engineering business needs with a valuable talent pipeline. All new hire graduates enter the company through the program and reside here for the initial phase of their career.
- Job Description
Manage the Graduate Program at country level in its three aspects: development, engagement, and retention. Ensure program principles are consistently followed.
- Regularly interact with local engineering managers to establish strategic rotational assignments that support the global graduate program.
- Implement and monitor graduate program guidelines, objectives, and budget at country level. Focal point for country implementation and sustainable program. Participation in global peer network.
- Maintain resource staffing plans in accordance with program headcount definitions. Obtain forecasts, reconcile planning, and ensure the flow through the program into local engineering teams.
- Report-out quarterly to stakeholders to ensure alignment between company strategy and program execution.
- Establish and promote internal networks that add value to graduate development, retention, and resources while active in the program. E
- Collaborate with other Graduate Program Managers - Develop program materials, share experiences, support achieving global targets, and enable opportunities to connect graduates globally.
- Liaise with business to ensure all graduates are successfully transitioned out of the program.
- Uphold relationships with the target universities and key industry groups to strengthen TechnipFMC brand and continually improved pipeline of talent being recruited.
- Support combined strategies for internship and apprenticeship programs to the Graduates Program, ensuring talent pipeline is overseen in an integrated way.

Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
