As the Growth Markets Benefits Partner, you will support the TR benefit transformation in partnership with the Global Benefits Lead. Within the role, you’ll create a deep relationship with Growth Market regional teams to drive the benefits strategy across those locations.

Skills and experiences
- Excellent analytical skills & business acumen
- Experience of Growth Market benefits - specifically some experience in benefits for Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia and Brazil.
- Deep knowledge of the benefits portfolio
- Experience in benefit platform implementation
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experiences with benefit tools and broker relationships

What you'll do
- Support the Global Benefits Lead executing on the Avanade benefit strategy and consistent core across Growth Markets
- Review all Growth Markets benefit provision through employee experience lens ensuring alignment with Inclusion and Diversity strategies and company Employee Value Proposition
- Ensure all Growth Markets benefits, including pensions are approved and compliant with Global policies
- Partner with Marketing and Employee Brand to ensure regional benefit packages support the growth of the external and internal Avanade brand
- Partner with Growth Markets HR and Talent Acquisition to ensure benefits are well communicated to support attraction and retention
- Support regional HR teams to consistently use HR support for benefit administration
