**The Role**:

The Trading & Supply Brazil Commercial Operator coordinate the execution of commercial agreements based on Brazil for T&S Commercial Ops, having STUSCO & SHELL Brazil as ones of the foremost stakeholders. Also, the Commercial Operator is involved in country entries activities for several products (LPG, NGL, Fuels, others), E2E supply chain execution & new business implementations.

The T&S business has grown substantially and is well positioned to maintain its leading position keeping a competitive and well-balanced competence team.

Modes of transport include mainly trucks and pipeline. Marine cargos in a second phase, rail could be a possibility.

Source points for product include SHELL or third-party plants (e.g. Petrobras), joint venture, processing agreements, traded hub locations, and product already in transit.

**What’s the role?**

Be recognized as a reliable Commercial Operator, managing effective communication with our internal and external stakeholders, with an upright understanding of the business, continually seeking for commercial value and customer centricity. Accountable for safe, compliant, commercial operations end-to-end activities via several mode of transportation. Currently these are the products that the team handle: Mogas, Distillates, Jet, LPG, NGL, C5+ but not limited to these ones in the future.

Some accountabilities:

- Responsible for safe, compliant, and efficient execution of movements in support of business books and contractual agreements
- Enabler HSSE & Compliance SHELL culture and behaviors in any action of the business.
- Coordinate daily orders to load - customer products pick up.
- Responsible to optimize deal execution, in terms of both: cost minimization and margin maximization.
- Support supply chain developments and logistics ensuring optimal deal execution.
- Making sure product are on-specification and following local regulations and contractual terms.
- Keep organized and handy records (including quality composition) to be input opportunely for price calculation (trader’s support)
- Quarter & Daily Nomination as per supply and offtake contracts, managing Supplier (e.g. Petrobras) platform, meeting contractual deadlines.
- Communicate on time with field operators to ensure information flow for invoicing process.
- Support and develop Planning & Scheduling w-o-w
- Lead Inventory reconciliation
- Manage and record Claims & Demurrage getting and requesting support from the functional support areas.
- Record scheduling activities in Trading systems (e.g. DEX)
- Support back office for any post-deal activities and ensure documentary requirements are reached.
- Provide back-up coverage to other team schedulers as outlined by line manager for coverage planning.
- Validate invoices and approve it.
- Practice Learner Mindset, Team collaboration
- Embraces Operational Excellence principles.
- Execute under the statement of doing “Right the First Time.”

**What we need from you?**
- Supply, Trading, Logistic and Operations Coordination, or equivalent role for at least 2 years.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred engineer, supply chain, logistics, economics and business administration).
- Must be an English speaker
- Problem solving and detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to drive commercial mindset and commercial value-add to maximize business profitability
- Ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills is a must
- Customer centricity, commercial value delivery
