✨ **Principais responsabilidades que você assumirá**:

- Suporte às demandas gerais dos clientes do fórum regional de Life Sciences;
- Coordenar eventos presenciais e online sobre tópicos de recursos humanos, focados em remuneração e benefícios;
- Gerenciamento de projetos e programação anual do Fórum
- Realização de pesquisas e benchmarks pontuais
- Preparação de propostas, análise de dados de remuneração e apresentações;
- Análise de dados quantitativos e qualitativos
- Comunicações regionais sobre atualizações do fórum e iniciativas na região
- Apoio aos consultores locais em projetos e temas locais
- Controle de indicadores de participação e funcionamento do Fórum
- Suporte aos clientes regionais sobre produtos, serviços e metodologias da Mercer;
- Gerenciamento da participação dos clientes regionais nas pesquisas salariais da Mercer, incluindo:

- Controle e registro de participantes
- Suporte e treinamentos sobre as ferramentas de pesquisa da Mercer
- Auxiliar na coleta, revisão de dados e follow up com clientes
- Suporte e treinamentos sobre os resultados da pesquisa

- Ensino superior completo (administração ou áreas correlatas);
- Inglês avançado;
- Espanhol intermediário (desejável);
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação (verbal e escrita)
- Pacote Office avançado;
- Conhecimento nos temas de remuneração e benefícios
- Experiência com atendimento ao cliente
