**Requisitos**:
- Education in Engineering (Mechanical /Electrical /Mechatronics /Production);
- Experience in product development, mainly in automotive industry;
- Previous experience in people management is desirable;
- Previous experience in Project management is desirable;
- Strong drive and energy to create and maintain a high performing working culture;
- Interest in people development and coaching;
- Result oriented and always looking for improvements in our way of working;
- Understand the need of stakeholder management in different levels;
- Very good people skills and a Strong ability to build personal relation ships and networks;
- Communicative and with good influencing skills;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
**Atividades**:
- Chassis product management, FEA/CFD simulation and analysis deliveries and CAD/Drawing check approvals;
- Be responsible for resources management and team´s performance to support local and global developments;
- Secure competence development to the team members, supporting them in their daily challenges;
- Secure chassis projects milestones and deliveries;
- Secure simulation and analysis deliveries;
- Secure connection with global Chassis organization regarding product strategy and governance forums;
- Manage the interface and secure the cross functional work within GTT,GTP, GTO and GTS;
- Control department budget and expenses;
- Contribute in a constantly harmonization and development of processes, methods, tools (locally and globally).
